cbaji Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the cbaji platform and its users. cbaji is an online betting and gaming service provider that operates sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. The term "platform" in this document refers to the cbaji website, mobile application, and all related digital services.

By registering on cbaji, you confirm that you are an adult citizen of Bangladesh and are at least 21 years of age. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to open an account or play any game on cbaji. cbaji may request age verification documents at any time.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on cbaji, users must provide accurate and complete information. cbaji reserves the right to close any account registered with false information and forfeit any pending balance. Each person may open only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cbaji may request a copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence at any time. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until this verification is completed. The verification and storage of user documents is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2.3 Account Security

Registered users are required to keep their username and password confidential. The responsibility for keeping an account secure rests entirely with the user. If unauthorised access is suspected, the cbaji support team must be notified immediately.

2.4 Account Closure and Suspension

cbaji may suspend or close an account at any time and without prior notice, particularly in cases of breach of these terms. Users may also voluntarily request account closure.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit amount on cbaji is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Before making a deposit using any method, please confirm that the account is registered in your name.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal processing generally takes 5 to 30 minutes. Approved methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted; withdrawals may only be made to an account that matches the identity used during registration.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If fraudulent or deceptive financial activity is suspected, cbaji reserves the right to suspend the transaction and notify the relevant authorities. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, the account will be automatically frozen.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit on cbaji, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To make the bonus amount eligible for withdrawal, a 15x wagering requirement must be completed — meaning ৳18,000 in bets must be placed on a ৳1,200 bonus.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are not cash; the bonus portion cannot be withdrawn without completing the wagering requirement.
• A promotional offer cannot be used alongside another offer at the same time, unless the terms state otherwise.
• cbaji reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer without prior notice.
• In the event of a bonus terms violation, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it may be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

The cbaji VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — Bronze: up to 0.2%, Silver: 0.5%, Gold: 0.7%, Platinum: 1.0%, and Diamond: 1.2%. Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses for that week. Example: a Gold member with ৳20,000 in net losses will receive ৳140 in cashback.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to unfairly claim bonus or promotional benefits.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Using bots, automation, or any artificial software to play games or place bets.
• Knowingly exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform.
• Using cbaji for money laundering or any other illegal financial purpose.
• Engaging in collusion or coordinated betting strategies with other members.
• Harassing or mistreating cbaji staff or other users.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, cbaji reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and forfeit all balances.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not considered accepted until it is confirmed by the cbaji system. If a bet does not reach cbaji's servers due to an internet connection issue, that bet will be considered void.

6.2 Result Determination

The results of all cricket, football, and other sports events are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to cbaji's own rules.

6.3 Odds Changes

Odds displayed before a bet is placed may change. The odds in effect at the moment the bet is confirmed will be considered final. Live betting odds change in real time.

6.4 Maximum Winnings Limit

cbaji reserves the right to set a maximum payout limit for any single bet or series of bets. This limit may vary depending on the sport or game type, and cbaji may change it at any time.

cbaji believes that gaming is an entertainment activity and we are always mindful that it should not become a problem for any user. Users can contact cbaji support to set deposit limits, session time limits, or self-exclusion on their account.

The collection, storage, and processing of personal information provided at the time of registration on cbaji is governed entirely by our Privacy Policy. User data is not sold to any third party, though information may be shared where required by legal obligation or a legitimate request from authorities.

cbaji reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If a significant change is made, a notice will be published on the cbaji website or sent to the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
